- Desert Tours: Requests to cancel desert tour bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled departure.
- City Tours: Cancellations for Half-Day, One-Day, or any city break trips must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled departure.
- Airport Pickup Bookings: Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the scheduled time.
2. Requesting a Cancellation:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or our online booking portal. Please include your booking reference number and provide a brief reason for cancellation.
3. Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period will incur a nominal administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within the cancellation period are not eligible for a refund. However, depending on the type of booking and the time remaining until departure, your deposit may be considered for future use at our discretion.
4. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of your cancellation request, in accordance with the terms and conditions of your booking.
