  • City Tours: Cancellations for Half-Day, One-Day, or any city break trips must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled departure.
  • Airport Pickup Bookings: Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the scheduled time.

2. Requesting a Cancellation:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or our online booking portal. Please include your booking reference number and provide a brief reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation Charges:

  • Cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation period will incur a nominal administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made within the cancellation period are not eligible for a refund. However, depending on the type of booking and the time remaining until departure, your deposit may be considered for future use at our discretion.
